POLICIES
- To secure your appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required, which will be applied to the cost of your service.
- This deposit is essential to book and confirm your appointment. While it is non-refundable, it will be credited towards your service. If you need to cancel, the deposit will be forfeited. However, you can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice before your appointment.
- No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
- A 2% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
- Prepaid sessions are discounted and hence are non refundable or transferable.
PRE-CARE
- If you have a facial/treatment appointment, come with a clean, makeup-free face.
- For a laser hair removal appointment, shave the treatment area thoroughly. A $25 fee applies if we need to help you shave.
- Stop using Accutane 6 months prior and Tetracycline 3 months prior to your session.
- Avoid using Active Ingredients 5 days prior to facial laser treatments.
- Do not wax, tweeze, or thread the treatment area.
- Do not tan the treatment area 10 days prior to or after your appointment.
POST CARE
- Stay out of direct sunlight for 24 hours and use at least SPF 30 on treated areas.
- Refrain from using chemical peels, retinol, glycolic acid, and products with AHA or BHA for one week.
- Avoid hot showers, jacuzzis, saunas, and intense exercise for 48 hours.
- Redness may appear but should diminish within 24-72 hours.
